No person shall own or operate a motor vehicle
within the Village unless such motor vehicle is properly registered
with the New York State Department of Motor Vehicles or an agency
of some other state or jurisdiction which has valid authority to register
such motor vehicle
No person shall run or operate a motor vehicle
within the Village unless such motor vehicle bears a current motor
vehicle inspection sticker or similar device issued by the New York
State Department of Motor Vehicles or an agency of some other state
or jurisdiction where such motor vehicle is validly registered unless
such other state or jurisdiction does not require or issue such an
inspection sticker or similar device.
