Site plans shall be drawn to suitable scale
and shall contain the following details, as applicable:
B. Nassau County Land and Tax Map description (section,
block and lot).
C. Zoning district within the Incorporated Village of
Sea Cliff in which the subject property is located.
D. Property lines and related street, right-of-way and
easement lines as determined by survey.
E. Proposed location, arrangement and dimensions of all
structures.
F. Proposed location, arrangement and dimensions of all
vehicular entrances, exits, driveways, parking spaces, loading spaces,
curbs, curb cuts, sidewalks and pedestrian walks.
G. Proposed traffic pattern within the premises.
H. Proposed location, type and direction of all outdoor
lighting.
I. Present or proposed use or uses of any structure or
structures on the property.
J. Proposed location, type and dimensions of all signs,
fences and landscaping.
K. Proposed location, type and dimensions of all catch
basins, storm drainage facilities and sewage disposal facilities.
L. Present location of all trees having a diameter of
five inches or more.
