It shall not be lawful for any person or persons to post or fasten up, in any manner, any bill or bills upon any of the electric light, telephone or telegraph poles within the Village of Wappingers Falls.

Any person violating this chapter shall be liable to a penalty not to exceed $250 or imprisonment for a period not exceeding 15 days, or both.
