All persons who shall discharge wastewater (sewage)
into the public or sanitary sewer controlled or owned by the Village
of Wappingers Falls shall be charged a fee for doing so. Said fee
shall be set from time to time by the Mayor and Village Board through
the passage of a resolution duly moved. Said fee shall be based upon
sewage flow as measured by the village, and all funds received will
be expended toward the costs of operating and maintaining said sewer
system.
