All owners or operators of commercial amusement parks, drive-in theaters
and pitch-and-putt golf courses or miniature golf establishments are hereby
required to erect a chain link fence or a solid physical barrier six feet
in height along the boundary line or lines of its property where said boundary
line or lines adjoin or abut residential property or properties.
The provisions of this chapter shall apply to the hereinabove-designated
commercial establishments presently existing, as well as those which are established
in the future. Establishments presently in existence shall have three months
from the date of enactment of this chapter to comply with the requirements
herein.

Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction
thereof before any District Justice, be sentenced to pay a fine not exceeding
$300 and, in default of payment thereof, shall be sentenced to undergo imprisonment
in the Beaver County Jail for a period of not more than 90 days. Each day
that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense.
