It shall be unlawful for any person to operate any motorcycle, motorbike, trail bike, motor scooter, go-cart or snowmobile upon private property of the operator within 200 feet to any dwelling house other than that of the operator unless consent to the operation is obtained as hereinafter set forth and filed with the Borough Secretary of the Borough.
It shall be unlawful for any person to operate any motorcycle, motorbike, trail bike, motor scooter, go-cart or snowmobile upon private property other than the private property of the operator of such motor vehicle unless the prior written permission of the owner of such property has been obtained by such operator and filed with the Borough Secretary of the Borough.
A. 
Consent of the owners of the property upon which the vehicle is being operated or the consent of the owners of the property within the two-hundred-foot limitation aforesaid shall be made on a form prescribed by and available from and filed with the Borough through the office of the Secretary of the Borough. For this purpose, "owners" shall include "lessee."
B. 
The consent shall be for such period of time as set forth therein but in no event for a greater period than seven days.

Any person violating the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a summary offense and shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined not more than $300, plus costs of prosecution, or, in default of payment thereof, be imprisoned for not more than 90 days.
