The provisions of § 7-148 of the Connecticut General Statutes, enacted by the 1967 General Assembly as Public Act 126, concerning the furnishing of ambulance service by the Town or any person, firm or corporation are hereby adopted.[1]

The Board of Selectmen shall, before the Town undertakes to furnish ambulance service pursuant to this chapter, establish the conditions, charges and rules of operation for such service.
