As used in this article, the following terms
shall have the meanings indicated:
LIQUOR LICENSEE
Any individual, partnership, corporation, association or
other entity licensed by the Michigan Liquor Control Commission to
sell alcoholic liquor for consumption on the licensed premises.
It shall be unlawful for any liquor licensee
in the City of Roseville to allow any person under the age of 21 years
to purchase, sell, serve, consume or have alcoholic liquor in his
or her possession upon the licensed premises, except as provided for
in this article.
A person who is 20, 19 or 18 years of age and
who is employed by the liquor licensee is not prohibited by this article
from selling and serving alcoholic liquor upon the licensed premises.

Any person or entity violating the provisions of this article shall be punished as provided in Chapter
1, General Provisions, Article
