City of Roseville, MI Article I Attempting to Commit an Offense

[Adopted 2-28-1984 by Ord. No. 895 as Art. I of Ch. 111 of the 1984 Code]

§ 111-1 Attempting to commit an offense unlawful.

It shall be unlawful in the City of Roseville for any person to attempt to commit a crime, and any person who shall attempt to commit an offense prohibited by law and, in such attempt, shall do any act toward the commission of such offense but shall fail in the perpetration or shall be intercepted or prevented in the execution of same is guilty of the crime of attempt to commit a crime.

§ 111-2 Violations and penalties. [1]

Any person who shall be convicted of the crime of attempt to commit a crime shall be punished as provided in Chapter 1, General Provisions, Article I.
