City of Roseville, MI Article II Conspiracy to Commit an Offense

[Adopted 2-28-1984 by Ord. No. 895 as Art. II of Ch. 111 of the 1984 Code]

§ 111-3 Conspiracy to commit an offense unlawful.

It shall be unlawful in the City of Roseville for any person to commit the crime of conspiracy, and any person who conspires together with one or more persons to commit an offense prohibited by law or to commit an illegal act in an illegal manner is guilty of the crime of conspiracy.

§ 111-4 Violations and penalties. [1]

Any person who shall be convicted of the crime of conspiracy shall be punished as provided in Chapter 1, General Provisions, Article I.
