City of Roseville, MI Article III Aiding and Abetting the Commission of an Offense

[Adopted 2-28-1984 by Ord. No. 895 as Art. III of Ch. 111 of the 1984 Code]

§ 111-5 Aiding and abetting the commission of an offense unlawful.

It shall be unlawful in the City of Roseville for any person to commit the crime of aiding and abetting, and any person concerned in the commission of an offense, whether he or she directly commits the act constituting the offense or procures, counsels, aids or abets in its commission, is guilty of the crime of aiding and abetting.

§ 111-6 Violations and penalties. [1]

Any person who shall be convicted of the crime of aiding and abetting shall be punished as provided in Chapter 1, General Provisions, Article I.
