A.
Pursuant to the provision of Section 3(k) of Public Act 279 of 1909 [MCL § 117.3(k)], the International Fire Code, 2021 Edition and all appendixes thereto, as promulgated by the International Code Council, Inc., and as amended in the future, is hereby adopted by reference by the City for the purpose of safeguarding life and property from the hazards of fire and explosion arising from the storage, handling and use of hazardous substances, materials and devices and from conditions hazardous to life or property and the use of occupancy of buildings or premises. If a conflict occurs between the provisions of such fire code and this article, this article shall prevail. Complete printed copies of the fire code adopted in this section are available for public use and inspection at the office of the City of Roseville City Clerk.

Section 101.1. Insert: City of Roseville.

Section 107.3 is hereby amended to provide as follows: All inspection and maintenance reports required to be furnished to the Fire Department by the Code shall be electronically forwarded to the Fire Department using the IROL System (inspectionreportsonline.net). Any company doing inspection and maintenance shall be required to register with IROL, as well as all occupancies that have a fire protection system installed.
D.
Section 109.4. Insert: $500 and/or 93 days in jail, or both.
The geographic limits referred to certain sections of the 2021 International Fire Code are hereby established at the borders of the City of Roseville in their entirety and in conformance with the City of Roseville Zoning Ordinance.
