The regulations, restrictions and boundaries
as set forth in this chapter may, from time to time, be amended or
repealed as authorized by RSA 674:16 in accordance with the provisions
of RSA 675:2, 675:4 and 675:5 and the Town Charter.
Whenever the regulations made under the authority
hereof differ from those prescribed by any statute, ordinance, or
other regulation, that provision which imposes the greater fee or
restriction or higher standard shall govern.
This chapter was adopted by the Town Council
on January 5, 1993, and became effective on February 5, 1993. All
other zoning ordinances or parts thereof and zoning maps that were
in effect prior to February 5, 1993, are hereby repealed.

Should any section or provision of this Zoning
Chapter be declared by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unconstitutional
or invalid, such decision shall not affect the validity of this chapter
as a whole, or any part thereof other than the part so declared to
be invalid.
