The mobile home park owner and person in control of each mobile home park or entity in the Borough shall maintain the exterior property confines of the mobile home park with the following regulations:
A.
Sanitation. All exterior property and premises shall be maintained in a clean, safe and sanitary condition. All trees or natural growth that exists in an unsafe sanitary condition shall be properly trimmed and maintained so as to alleviate any unsafe or unsanitary condition.
B.
Sidewalks and driveways. All sidewalks, walkways, driveways, interior roads and parking spaces within the mobile home park shall be kept in a proper state of repair and maintenance, snow and ice removal and free from hazardous conditions.
C.
Snow and ice. Mobile home park owner or person in control or entity shall be responsible for removing all snow and ice from private roads, sidewalks, lanes, alleys, rights-of-way and walkways which are open to the public or to which the public is invited, within 12 hours of daylight after the same shall have fallen or been formed thereon.
D.
Sewer, water and electrical systems. The responsibility for the maintenance and installation of sewer pipes from the sewer riser to the sewer disposal system, from the water riser outlet to the water supply source, and from the electrical service connection to the power line connection supplied by the utility company is of the mobile park owner.
