No child shall be permitted to use said playground until said child has been registered with the Director or such officer as may be directed or authorized by the Borough for that purpose, and, in so registering, such information shall be furnished the said Director or other such officer that may be required by the Borough.

Each child shall be subject to the orders of the Director or Assistant Directors or other persons designated for that purpose and shall obey all orders and directions given as to the conduct of such child while using the playground facilities.
No child shall be guilty of any roughness, bullying, rowdyism or other unruly conduct.
Any child violating any directions and orders of the Director or other designated officer or violating any of the other provisions herein shall be subject to suspension for a number of days or exclusion from the playground for the entire season. In this connection, the determination of such violation by the Director or other officer shall be sufficient, conclusive and final.
No person shall drive any motorcar upon the playground without the express permission in writing from the Police Department and/or the Director of the playground, and any person found guilty of this provision shall be subject to a fine not exceeding $25 or be imprisoned for a term not exceeding 30 days.
