Borough of Eatontown, NJ Article XI Speed Limits

§ 312-21 Speed limits established.

The speed limit for both directions of traffic along the streets or parts thereof described in Schedule XVII (§ 312-48) attached to and made a part of this Part 1 is hereby established at the rate indicated. No person shall operate a vehicle in excess of the posted speed limit on any private or quasi public roadway.

§ 312-22 Posting of signs.

Regulatory and warning signs shall be erected and maintained to effect the above-designated speed limits as authorized by the Department of Transportation.
