No person shall operate a vehicle within the Meadowbrook Senior Citizens Complex, except in a one-way direction as indicated on the current sketch of the Meadowbrook Complex, dated February 1, 1983, which is attached hereto and made a part of this article.[1]

No person shall park a vehicle at any time upon any of the roadways of the Meadowbrook Senior Citizens Complex except in designated areas, between the painted lines, as shown on the current sketch attached to and made a part of this article. All vehicles so parked shall be properly identified.
Any vehicle which is parked illegally may be impounded and towed by the Borough Police Department to an area designated by the Police Department, and the vehicle shall be returned to its owner upon payment of reasonable costs of towing and storage.
Any person violating the provisions in this article shall be liable to a penalty not to exceed $50.
This article shall take effect upon its passage, approval by the Commissioner of Transportation[1] and publication according to law.

All stalls shall be 12 feet wide as shown on the attached signage and parking plan with the R7-8 and R7-8P (Reserved Parking Sign and Penalty Plate) in the designated parking areas for persons who have been issued the handicapped parking permits by the Division of Motor Vehicles.
All vehicles that are granted specialty parking in this section, such as police vehicles, ambulances, teachers, etc., must be properly identified, and the reserved parking spaces must be shown on the attached signage and parking plan.

Any vehicle parked or standing so as to obstruct or impede a normal flow of traffic, block entrances or exitways, loading zones, oil fills, any grassy area, pedestrian walkway, or present in any way a safety or traffic hazard may be removed by towing the vehicle at the owner's expense.

All signs, posts or other necessary materials shall be installed and paid for by the applicant. All signing shall confirm to the current Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 39:4-198 and N.J.S.A. 39:4-183.2.
Unless another penalty is expressly provided by the New Jersey statute, every person convicted of a violation of this article or any supplement thereto shall be liable to a penalty of not more than $1,200 or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 15 days, or both.
