It shall hereafter be unlawful for any person or persons, firm or corporation to establish, keep, operate or maintain a commercial piggery in which swine are fed principally on garbage, refuse or waste materials, at any place in the Township of Harrison in the County of Gloucester.
It shall hereafter by unlawful for any person or persons, firm or corporation to keep, harbor or maintain live swine in excess of 20 in number on any premises in the Township of Harrison in the County of Gloucester, provided that pigs less than 12 weeks of age shall not be included in the count of the number of swine maintained on any such premises.

Any person or persons, firm or corporation who shall violate any provision of this article shall be subject to a fine not exceeding $1,250, imprisonment for a term not exceeding 90 days or a period of community service not exceeding 90 days for each offense. Each such person or persons, firm or corporation shall be deemed guilty of a separate violation for each and every day during which such violation is continued.
