A.
Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 54:4-64(d) the Washington Township Tax Collector is hereby authorized to charge mortgage companies a fee of $5 for the first duplicate tax bill and $25 for each subsequent duplicate copy of the same tax bill in the same fiscal year.
B.
Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 54:5-52.1, the Washington Township Tax Collector is hereby authorized to charge, and collect at the office of the Tax Collector, up to $100 for each duplicate tax title certificate issued due to loss or destruction of the original tax title certificate.
