Any person who shall violate any provisions
of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be punishable by a
fine not to exceed two hundred fifty dollars ($250.) or up to fifteen
(15) days in jail or by a civil penalty not to exceed one thousand
dollars ($1,000.).
Each day during which any violation of the provisions
of this chapter continues shall constitute a separate offense, punishable
as provided in this chapter.
