Village of Endicott, NY Article IV Library Board of Trustees

[Adopted 10-23-1989 by L.L. No. 5-1989 as Ch. 7, Art. IV, of the 1989 Code]

§ 9-28 Establishment; membership; terms of office; powers and duties.

A. There is hereby created a Library Board of Trustees.

B. Said Board shall consist of between five and 11 members, who shall be appointed by the Village Board of Trustees for terms of five years.

C. Said Board shall have such powers and perform such duties as provided by law.
