§ 9-29 Establishment, membership; appointment; terms of office; powers and duties.

A. There is hereby created a Youth Recreation Commission consisting of five members.

B. Members of said Commission shall be appointed by the Mayor for terms of five years.

C. Said Commission shall perform such duties as may be prescribed by law.
