The Board of Trustees of the Village of Endicott does hereby elect to
provide the Career Retirement Plan of § 375-g of the Retirement
and Social Security Law, as presently or hereafter amended, for employees
of participating employers. This election shall become effective with the
payroll period beginning on the 27th day of May 1973.
