The Board of Trustees shall hold its regular meetings on the first and third Monday of each month at 7:00 p.m., except for December, when there will be no meeting on the third Monday. Future changes to the regular meeting schedule shall be by resolution of the Board of Trustees. Work sessions will precede each Board meeting, and the time will be announced by the Village Manager prior to such meetings to allow enough time for that week’s agenda articles.
Special meetings of the Board of Trustees may be called by the Mayor or by any two Trustees, by causing a written notice, specifying the time and place thereof, to be served upon each member of the Board personally, at least one hour before, or by leaving a notice at his residence or place of business with some person of suitable age and discretion, at least 24 hours before, the time of the meeting or by mailing such notice at least 72 hours before such meeting.
No resolution shall be acted upon and passed by the Board of Trustees at any meeting during which such resolution shall have been introduced without the unanimous consent of the members of the Board present at such meeting.
