The Code of the Village of Endicott, originally adopted in 1969, is hereby amended by adopting Article 19-A of the General Municipal Law of the State of New York. Article 19-A may be adopted by local law of a municipality, subject to permissive referendum. A complete copy of Article 19-A of the General Municipal Law of the State of New York is available for inspection during regular business hours at the Village Clerk's office.
