The Code of the Village of Endicott, originally
adopted in 1969, is hereby amended to grant the exemption to real
property taxes authorized pursuant to § 444-a of the Real
Property Tax Law of the State of New York. A complete copy of § 444-a
of the Real Property Tax Law of the State of New York is available
for inspection during regular business hours at the Village Clerk's
office.
