of the license.
Taxicab drivers' licenses shall be issued as of January 1 and shall
not be transferred or assigned to another person.
Taxicab driver's licenses shall be issued as of January 1 each

his license and photograph for inspection.
Any holder of a taxicab driver's license who defaces, removes or
obliterates any official entry made upon his license shall be punished by
revocation of his license.
