The following metered parking zones, as shown on the maps on file in the Village Clerk's office, are hereby established:
A.
Zone 1: the westerly side of Jefferson Avenue Extension between Mamaroneck Avenue and Station Plaza, designated as "Metered Parking Zone 1."
B.
Zones 2(a) and 2(b): the easterly side of Van Ranst Place from Jefferson Avenue Extension to Sheldrake Place, designated as "Metered Parking Zone 2(a)"; and the easterly side of Van Ranst Place from Sheldrake Place to Mamaroneck Avenue, designated as "Metered Parking Zone 2(b)."

Zone 3: the southerly side of Station Plaza from Jefferson Avenue to the Mamaroneck River Bridge, designated as "Metered Parking Zone 3."

Zone 5: that portion of the southerly side of Prospect Avenue between Mount Pleasant Avenue and Library Lane excluding the first two parking spaces closest to Library Lane, designated as "Metered Parking Zone."

Zone 6a: the paved parking area adjacent to the Mamaroneck Free Library located underneath the Emelin Theatre, designated as "Metered Parking Zone 6a," but only so much of said area as may be designated by signs as a metered parking zone. Zone 6b: the Johnson Lot designated as "Metered Parking Zone 6b."

Zone 8: the center of the paved parking area known as the "Playhouse Parking Lot" and alongside the theater, designated as "Metered Parking Zone 8."

Zone 9: both sides of Mamaroneck Avenue between Boston Post Road (U.S. Route 1) and Halstead Avenue designated as "Metered Parking Zone 9."

Zones 10(a), 10(b), 10(c), and 10(d): on the north side of Halstead Avenue, the first 13 spaces east of Mamaroneck Avenue, designated as "Metered Parking Zone 10(a)"; on the south side of Halstead Avenue from Mamaroneck Avenue to Ward Avenue, designated as "Metered Parking Zone 10(b)"; on the south side of Halstead Avenue from Ward Avenue to the end of the bridge over the Mamaroneck River, designated as "Metered Parking Zone 10(c)"; and on the north side of Halstead Avenue, from a point on the east side of the taxi stand area traveling eastward to a point 30 feet west of the Jefferson Avenue intersection, designated as "Metered Parking Zone 10(d)."

Zone 15: the north side of East Boston Post Road (U.S. Route 1) from Spruce Street to the westerly end of Meighan Park, designated as "Metered Parking Zone 15."
P.
Zones 16(a) and 16(b): on the west side of Mount Pleasant Avenue, the first two parking spaces south of the intersection of Stanley Avenue and Mount Pleasant Avenue (from 360 to 352 Mount Pleasant Avenue) and the first 10 parking spaces north of said intersection (from the north curbline of Stanley Avenue to the northerly end of the building at 426 Mount Pleasant Avenue), designated as "Metered Parking Zones 16(a) and 16(b)," respectively.

Zone 17: the east side of Mount Pleasant Avenue from the driveway of 341 Mount Pleasant Avenue to the northerly end of the apartment building at 349 Mount Pleasant Avenue, designated as "Metered Parking Zone 17."

Zone 19: the upper level of the Hunter Tier Parking Facility on Prospect Avenue across from the Village Hall, designated as "Metered Parking Zone 19," but only so much of said area as may be designated by signs as a metered parking zone.

Zone 20: the lower level of the Hunter Tier Parking Facility on Prospect Avenue across from the Village Hall, designated as "Metered Parking Zone 20," but only so much of said area as may be designated by signs as a metered parking zone.
T.
Zone 21: the area adjacent to the northwest corner of Spencer Place and Ward Avenue, running along Spencer Place a distance of approximately 200 feet, thence running northeasterly 87.5 feet parallel with Ward Avenue, thence running along an irregular course, a distance of approximately 200 feet, thence along the southwesterly side of Ward Avenue approximately 100 feet to its intersection with Spencer Place, which area shall also be known as "Spencer Lot," designated as "Metered Parking Zone 21," but only so much of said area as may be designated by signs as a metered parking zone.

Zone 22: the area on East Prospect Avenue between the street and Mamaroneck River, bounded at the two ends by Tompkins Avenue and 151 East Prospect Avenue, which area shall also be known as "Prospect Lot," designated as "Metered Parking Zone 22," but only so much of said area as may be designated by signs as a metered parking zone.

Zones 23(a), 23(b) and 23(c): the south side of the upper level of The Regatta parking garage, as well as one space on the west side of the upper level of said parking garage, designated as "Metered Parking Zone 23(a)," but only so much of said area as may be designated by signs as a metered parking zone; one space along the north side of the upper level of The Regatta parking garage, as well as the area at the center of the upper level of said parking garage, designated as "Metered Parking Zone 23(b)," but only so much of said area as may be designated by signs as a metered parking zone; and the first five spaces on the left side near the entrance to the upper level of The Regatta parking garage, designated as "Metered Parking Zone 23(c)."
