Whenever in this chapter the following terms are used, they shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to them in this section, as well as those meanings which are commonly understood.
Such person or persons employed by the Village of Ocean Beach or performing work for the Village of Ocean Beach as are so designated as "authorized Village employees" by the Mayor.

Shoes with a set of wheels attached or a frame with wheels attached that can be fitted to the sole of a shoe, including rollerblades and inline skates.

Wheels used for balancing or teaching bicycle riding, the use of which shall still render a bicycle a bicycle for the purpose of this chapter despite now having four wheels instead of two wheels.
