Village of Thomaston, NY Chapter 86 False Alarms

§ 86-1 False alarms prohibited.

No person or persons shall willfully or knowingly give or cause to be given a false fire alarm within the Village of Thomaston.

§ 86-2 Penalties for offenses. [1]

Any person committing an offense against any provision of this Article shall be punishable as provided in the general penalty provisions contained in Chapter 1, General Provisions, Article II, of this Code.
