Article I Rules and Regulations

§ 15-1 Adoption and approval.

The proposed Rules and Regulations for the Borough of Columbia Civil Service Commission promulgated by the Civil Service Commission of the Borough of Columbia, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, on September 10, 2013, attached hereto as Attachment A and incorporated herein[1] shall hereby replace the existing rules and regulations for the Borough of Columbia Civil Service Commission in their entirety, and such rules and regulations be and hereby are approved.
