Editor's Note: This ordinance provided the following penalty:
"Any person who violates the provisions of this ordinance shall, upon conviction before a Magisterial District Judge, be subject to a fine of not more than $500 for each 24-hour period during which the violation continues, together with the costs of prosecution.
In addition to the fine and costs of prosecution, the Borough may seek to recover reasonable attorney's fees incurred by the Borough in the enforcement of this ordinance, provided that such fees are awarded by the court upon a finding that they are appropriate under the circumstances.
Each day that a violation continues shall constitute a separate and distinct offense."
