A.
The compensation of the Jim Thorpe Borough Tax Collector
for the collection of taxes presently set at the rate of $11,900 for
the calendar year 2007. This amount shall be increased to the annual
amount hereinafter stated in each of the following calendar years:

B.
The amount shall remain in effect for the year 2010
and each year thereafter until further modification duly enacted by
Council.
