No motor vehicle, or other vehicle, shall be parked on an alley or street other than parallel to the curb or property line, except where angle parking is permitted, directed or authorized by the lines painted in the streets and/or alleys.
No person shall park a motor vehicle on any Borough street, alley or Borough parking lot unless said motor vehicle shall have a current Pennsylvania inspection sticker thereon and bear a valid license plate, and no motor vehicle, or other vehicle, shall be parked on any Borough street, alley or parking lot for a period in excess of 72 hours.
No motor vehicle or other vehicle, is to be repaired on a Borough street or alley, except that flat tires may be changed or emergency repairs may be made. Any repair that can be made within a period of four hours shall be deemed an emergency repair.

Any person who shall violate any provision of this article shall be subject to the penalties set forth in § 420-21B(2).
