As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:
The Board of Selectmen of the Town of Griswold, Connecticut.
The Planning and Zoning Commission of the Town of Griswold, Connecticut.
A right-of way, including a road, intended for public use and improved in accordance with the specifications prescribed by this chapter.
The Town of Griswold, Connecticut.
That portion of the roadway especially prepared for the use of vehicular traffic, inside the curb face.
