It shall be unlawful for any person to shoot, poison or otherwise harm or kill any cat, dog or other domesticated animal or fowl belonging to another person, firm or corporation within the corporate limits of the Town of Millsboro; provided, however, that the provisions of this article shall not apply to any person acting under the authority of any law of the State of Delaware.

The penalty for violation of § 52-16 hereof shall be as provided by state law, specifically 11 Del. C. § 1325 and/or any other applicable section of the Delaware Code.
