The title of this article shall be known as "Regulation or Possession
and/or Consumption of Alcoholic Liquor by Minors."
The purpose of this article is to preserve the public health,
safety, and morals of the community by regulating the possession and/or
consumption of alcoholic liquor by persons who have not reached the
age of 21 years.
As used in this article, the following terms shall have the
meanings indicated:
MINOR
Any person who has not yet reached the age of 21 years.
This article shall be enforced by the Public Safety Department
of the Charter Township of Blackman.
Any person who violates this article shall be guilty of a misdemeanor,
punishable by a fine of not more than $500 or by imprisonment in the
county jail for a period not exceeding 90 days, or both fine and imprisonment.
