Pursuant to the provisions of Act 245 of 1999, and in particular Section
8b(6), MCLA § 125.1508b, the Charter Township of Blackman hereby
elects to assume responsibility for the administration and enforcement of
Public Act 245 of 1999, as amended, and enforce the State Plumbing Code within
the Township limits.
The Township of Blackman designates Blackman Township as the enforcing
agency to discharge the responsibilities of the Township under this article.
A Plumbing Board of Appeals for the Township of Blackman hereby is created
and shall be appointed for a two-year term.
