[Adopted 4-26-2001 by Ord. No. 3-2001]
There is hereby created in the City of Egg Harbor City, County of Atlantic and State of New Jersey, the position of a Registered Public Purchasing Official.
The duties of the Registered Public Purchasing Official shall be to perform purchasing agent functions for the City of Egg Harbor City.
The annual salary for the Registered Public Purchasing Official shall be as set forth in the Salary Ordinance.[1]
