There is hereby created in the City of Egg Harbor City, County of Atlantic and State of New Jersey, the position of a Qualified Purchasing Agent.
The Qualified Purchasing Agent shall perform the duties of a purchasing agent pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40a:11-2(30) with the specific relevance to the authority, responsibility, and accountability of the purchasing activity of the contracting unit.
The annual salary for the Qualified Purchasing Agent shall be as set forth in the Salary Ordinance.[1]
