It shall be unlawful for any owner or operator of a public place to permit the operation of phonograph machines, jukeboxes, radios or the performance of an orchestra or other form of entertainment between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. any day except Friday and Sunday.

It shall be unlawful for any owner or operator of a public place to permit the operation of phonograph machines, jukeboxes, radios or the performance of an orchestra or other form of entertainment between the hours of 12:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. on Friday and Saturday.
It shall be unlawful for any owner or operator of a public place to permit noise, whether the same be music, talking or any sound or noise, to emanate from said public place to the discomfort and annoyance of neighbors or the public in general.

Each and every person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be subject upon conviction thereof, to the following fines: first offense - fine of $250; second offense - fine of $500; third and subsequent offenses - fine of $1,000 and a term of imprisonment not to exceed 90 days.
