Dumps are hereby declared to be nuisances hazardous
to human health. No person shall create, operate or maintain a dump
in the City of Egg Harbor City.[1]

It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or
corporation to dispose of refuse on lands within the City of Egg Harbor
City in any manner other than as herein provided, and any person,
firm or corporation violating this article shall, upon conviction
thereof before any court having jurisdiction, be subject to a fine
not exceeding $1,000, a term of imprisonment not exceeding 90 days
or a period of community service not exceeding 90 days, or any combination
thereof, for each offense.
