All homeowners, when grading and curbing sidewalks, must obtain grades
from the City Engineer, with costs of construction and engineering fees to
be borne by the landowner/applicant.
All landowners who desire to improve, grade and curb their sidewalks
must contact the City Clerk to facilitate making arrangements with the City
Engineer.
