A.
A senior citizen or veteran shall not be required
to pay any Township fee (excluding state-imposed fees) in order to
secure a construction permit for any construction, reconstruction,
alteration or improvement to his or her own living unit.

B.
A "senior citizen" shall be defined as a person who
has attained the age of 62 years.

her own living unit which would require a zoning permit.
