Whenever any words or phrases are used in this article, the meanings respectively ascribed to them in Subtitle 1 of Title 39 of New Jersey Statutes Annotated shall be deemed to apply to such words and phases used herein.
The following zones shall have designated handicapped parking zone(s): Nonresidential I-C, Interchange Commercial; R-C Regional Commercial; V-C Village Commercial; N-C Neighborhood Commercial; PPC Planned Professional Campus; M-C Marine Commercial; M-CR Marine Commercial Reserve; L-I Light Industrial; RFI, Riverfront Industrial; and H-I Heavy Industrial.
All erected signage shall conform to the current standards prescribed by the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices for Streets and Highways, adopted by the Commissioner of Transportation, and any other Department of Transportation rules and regulations governing such parking spaces and signs.
This article shall be enforced by the Logan Township Police Department. Unless another or different penalty is specifically provided by New Jersey statute, every person convicted of a violation of a provision of this article or any supplement thereto shall be liable for fines and penalties as follows:
A. 
First offense. Fines shall not be more than $250, plus court costs.
B. 
Subsequent offenses. Fines shall not be more than $250, plus court costs, and up to 90 days' community service on such terms and in such form as the court shall deem appropriate, or any combination thereof.
