The rate to be charged to persons requesting copies of government documents from Mannington Township shall be those rates authorized by N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq., except for the following sized documents for which the rates charged shall be as follows:
A. 
Copies of documents larger than 11 inches by 17 inches in size and up to 24 inches by 36 inches in size: $3.50 per page, plus $15 per order for the cost of labor and travel expense associated with making copies that size.
B. 
Copies of documents larger than 24 inches by 36 inches in size and up to 36 inches by 48 inches in size: $6.50 per page, plus $15 per order for the cost of labor and travel expense associated with making copies that size.
The rate for conversion of a paper record to an electronic form shall be $2 for CD or three-and-one-half-inch disk, plus the special service charge of $15 per hour if the record can be copied in the Township Office. If the requester requests records in a medium other than how the Township routinely stores them, and the Township does not have the technical capacity to fulfill the request, the rate charged will be $20 per hour for any work that must be performed out of the Township Office.[1]
