The following is established as the fee schedule to be paid by members of the public for records and services of the City of North Wildwood Registrar of Vital Statistics:
A.
For a certified copy of a birth, marriage or death certificate, or a full certified photocopy: $5.
B.
For a correction of a birth, marriage or death certificate: $5.
C.
For a certified copy of a correction to a birth, marriage or death certificate: $5.
D.
The Registrar of Vital Statistics may, at the reasonable exercise of his or her discretion, require that persons seeking to apply for marriage licenses or obtain copies of vital records do so by appointment.
