Developers utilize fictitious and otherwise nonregistered names to identify
their respective developments, and changes often occur in said names without
notice to the township or other governmental agency.
All commercial and residential developers shall file with the Township
Clerk's office a statement containing the following information:
A. The name, address and phone number of the name of the
developer.
B. The present name by which a particular development is
now being marketed or sold under.
C. All previous names by which said development has been
known.
In the event that a new name is used by a developer, there shall be a continuing obligation to file the statement set forth in §
70-2 at the time said name is used.
In the event that a developer files a fictitious name certificate with
the Secretary of State or County Clerk, a copy of said certificate shall be
filed with the Township Clerk.
Penalties for violation of this chapter shall be as provided in Chapter
1, General Provisions, Article
II, Penalty, §
1-3.
