No person shall be under the influence of any controlled substance on any public street, avenue, sidewalk, alley or any other public place in the Village of Morrisville.
Any person found guilty of violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to a fine not to exceed two hundred fifty dollars ($250.) or imprisonment not to exceed fifteen (15) days, or both such fine and imprisonment.
