The following public servants of the Village of North Haven are hereby authorized to issue and serve an appearance ticket with respect to violation of a statute, a local law, ordinance, rule or regulation of the Village of North Haven that such public servants are, respectively, required or authorized to enforce:
A. 
Building and Zoning Administrator, Building Inspector or Electrical Inspector.
B. 
Harbor Master.
C. 
Fire Inspector.
D. 
Code Enforcement Officer.
